A single folio measuring 270 x 185 mm (Peñas García) extracted from an antiphonary. Dark parchment with holes in the side margins that have not affected the content. Pen tests are observed in all margins. It has two signatures: one on the recto side "1/6" and another on the verso side, "c-partitura, n.5".

Text in a single column with 20 lines of text on each side. Gothic script, with capital letters in red and the rest in dark black. Only the initial of the first responsory has been decorated.

Aquitaine notation on a crimson line without a clef. The dots are small in size, although the pen is clearly beveled. The musical notation includes a cornuted virga, quilisma, some liquescences, and custos.

Se observan pruebas de pluma en todos los márgenes. Presenta dos signaturas: una en el recto "1/6" y otra en el verso, "c-partitura, n.5".

Texta a una sola columna con 20 líneas de texto a cada lado. Escritura gótica, con las letras capitales en rojo y el resto en negro oscuro. Sólo se ha decorado la inicial del primer responsorio.

Notación aquitana sobre una línea encarnada sin clave. Los puntos son de pequeño tamaño, aunque la pluma ya está claramente cortada a bisel. La notación musical incluye virga cornuta, quilisma, algunas licuescencias y custos.
