The parchment is of very good quality, trimmed at the outer margin, significantly affecting the content, and at the top margin, without hindering the reading. The state of preservation is very good. The verso bears the modern inscription 'S[...] from the Heritage of His Majesty on the Vellosas in // Estella. Andía. Encía and Urbassa' in the upper margin.

Text in a single column with 18 lines of music and text on both sides. The script is Gothic, alternating red and blue ink with filigree for initials, red rubrics, and dark black smoke ink for the body of the text. It has original foliation in the upper margin of the recto, 'XLI'.

Notation in black on a red staff without clefs. The dots are of medium size, already written with a beveled cut pen.

Pergamino de muy buena calidad recortado en el margen exterior, afectando sensiblemente al contenido, y en el margen superior, sin perjuicio para la lectura. El estado de conservación es muy bueno. En el margen superior del vuelto presenta la inscripción moderna "S[...] del Patrimonio de su Mag.[estad] sobre las Vellosas en // Estella. Andía. Encía y Urbassa."

Texto a una sola columna con 18 líneas de música y texto en ambos lados. Escritura gótica alternando tintas roja y azul con filigrana para las iniciales, rúbricas en rojo y cuerpo de texto en negro de humo oscuro. Presenta foliación original en el margen superior del recto, "XLI".

Notación en negro sobre una pauta encarnada sin claves. Puntos de tamaño medio, ya escrito con pluma cortada a bisel.
